Tell us about your “Beauty With a Purpose” Project.
I am currently sourcing out for community projects with Action For Aids (Afa), which is a voluntary community based organisation in Singapore. I am working towards becoming a youth ambassador to share, emphasise and advocate the importance of AIDs care, education and building awareness. I believe that AIDs education is the most pivotal part to heighten the knowledge and understanding of AIDs among youths and of course, everyone else in this society. In essence, my project would be geared towards imparting vital knowledge about AIDS as well as hopefully, gradually changing the discriminatory mindsets and stereotypes some people may have drawn about people living with AIDS.

What has been your most memorable rainy day?
That would have to be making the decision that my family and I would keep an abandoned kitten my aunt had found lying on her doorstep on a rainy day. I felt happy to have had the chance to save a kitten’s life, and she has now grown to become a healthy, playful and fat cat.
If you were invited to participate in the next NY Fashion Week, which fashion designer you would like to dress you?
Ashley Isham because he not only designs beautiful dresses, but I also see him as an inspirational role model whose hardworking and determined nature reflects my own characteristics.

Tell us about the nightlife in your hometown.
Clubs here are usually filled with enthusiastic people who are willing to dance and have fun together with their friends, complete with a variety of music genres for partygoers to enjoy till late.
What has been your weirdest dream? Describe it.
In the dream, I was living in a house that was haphazardly constructed, causing it to be tilted upside down. The house was painted in psychedelic, neon bright colours and my role in the wacky house was to be a chaperon of talking little squirrels, which had to be treated like royalties because their squirrel parents were my employers. I had to prepare food and organise their schedule. It was absolutely bizarre!
Where will the Miss World judges score you highest: interview, swimsuit or gown presentation?
I believe it would have to be the interview component.
What message you would like to send to the other Miss World contestants?
Hi to all other Miss World delegates! I look forward to meeting and making unforgettable memories with all of you through this spectacular experience!
